Every Cuddle Sheep comes with a removable heat pack that can be warmed in the microwave or cooled in the freezer as desired. The heat pack is made in Canada from all natural ingredients, is hypoallergenic and safe and easy to use. Washable covers make them easy to keep clean (machine wash and dry gentle cycle / cool or warm). Cuddle Buddy Sheep comes unscented, as some children may have allergies. Aromatherapy scent can be added by placing a few drops of essential oil on the inner heat pack.
Cuddle Buddy Sheep’s warm-up feature promotes relaxation and provides natural relief from aches, pains, stress, headaches, tummy aches and ear aches. Gentle warmth helps settle children at bedtime so they can achieve a good nights sleep.

We want your delivery to be smooth and stress-free! Please review the following guidelines to help us serve you better.
Payment & Scheduling
• All balances must be paid in full at least one day before delivery.
• No cash on delivery (C.O.D.) orders are accepted. If payment is not made, delivery will need to be rescheduled.
Preparing for Your Delivery
• Clear your driveways and walkways (remove snow, ice, or obstacles).
• Make space inside your home by clearing a path to the delivery area.
• Remove fragile items like pictures in hallways or stairways.
• Pin-hinged doors can be removed if needed, but our team cannot do carpentry work (e.g., removing moldings or banisters).
Measuring & Fit Policy
• Measure doorways, hallways, and stairwells before placing an order.
• A 10% restocking fee applies if the furniture does not fit through your space.
• Custom orders cannot be returned.
Your Sales Receipt
• Your receipt will be given at the time of purchase or emailed to you.
• Keep your receipt in case you need service or have any questions about your order.
