The woven cotton creates a calm backdrop for any bedroom in this upmarket duvet and sham set. It reverses to white cotton sateen for softness and breathability and coordinates with our 400 count Egyptian cotton sheets in Cloud White. Machine washable and dryable. The zipper along one side offers a neat finish on the duvet and a wide opening for bed making. Internal ties at each corner attach to your duvet ensuring it stays in place.

Payment & Scheduling

• All balances must be paid in full at least one day before delivery.

• No cash on delivery (C.O.D.) orders are accepted. If payment is not made, delivery will need to be rescheduled.

Preparing for Your Delivery

• Clear your driveways and walkways (remove snow, ice, or obstacles).

• Make space inside your home by clearing a path to the delivery area.

• Remove fragile items like pictures in hallways or stairways.

• Pin-hinged doors can be removed if needed, but our team cannot do carpentry work (e.g., removing moldings or banisters).

Measuring & Fit Policy

• Measure doorways, hallways, and stairwells before placing an order.

• A 10% restocking fee applies if the furniture does not fit through your space.

• Custom orders cannot be returned.

Your Sales Receipt

• Your receipt will be given at the time of purchase or emailed to you.

• Keep your receipt in case you need service or have any questions about your order.
